lol not to computer smart.
How do i erase the cache on my computer?
Since you said you are not too computer smart, I will guess that you are referring to Internet Explorer.
Start Internet Explorer, under Tools, select Internet Options. Find the tab that has "Temporary Internet Files"; then press "Delete Files..."

If you are referring to something else, sorry, need to know more before anyone else can give you an answer.

Why would i need a new motherboard and whats the difference between a newer on and a old one?
well newer ones are better overall, but if your computer is too old, you may need to by a new processor and ram. just rebuild your computer from the ground up.
Why would i need a new motherboard and whats the difference between a newer on and a old one?
newer motherboard will accommodate newer technology that fits into newer slots. processors, ram and video cards have specific slots that should be compatible with the board.
Why would i need a new motherboard and whats the difference between a newer on and a old one?
Many reasons .. the old one quit working .. it doesn't support the amount of ram you want or need .. it doesn't have the expantion slots you need or want ... etc etc ... The main reason is that as technology moves foreward in the respect of speed the CPU manufactures keep making faster n faster CPU's the older boards don't support them. There are so so ,any more i haven't listed Video,Sound,Networking,PCI,PCIe and so on and so on

My cd drive isn't working?
I just bought a Dell Inspiron 1525 a week ago and the cd rom drive worked fine until today. Whenever I insert a cd or dvd, it says "Insert a disc." I don't know what the problem is. I checked the device and it said it was fine.

My cd drive isn't working?
Well, there's this script that can open it WITHOUT needing to press a button, I would post the file, or commands for the file, for odd reason however it is considered a virus, so I cannot post it. Good luck. Just type CD Opener Script on Google.

How do you get a DVD to show up on your DVD drive?
I'm trying to transfer a DVD onto my computer so i can convert the video to put it on my iPod. When I put the DVD in my computer, it wont show up. It's as if there's no DVD in my computer. Is there any way to fix this?
How do you get a DVD to show up on your DVD drive?
umm... make sure that your drive is DVD copatible, if it is, then it could be screwed up.
How do you get a DVD to show up on your DVD drive?
YOU MAY NEED 3RD PARTY DVD DECODER SOFTWARE INSTALLED SO THE PLAYER CAN SEE THE DISK.IF OTHER DVD'S WORK AND THAT ONE DOESNT,IT MIGHT BE THE DVD DISK ITSELF THAT IS NOT A COMPATABLE FORM DISK FOR YOUR PLAYER.
Reply:ok 1 it needs to be a dvd drive, 2 if it isnt well get one, if it is you will need to get some software like dvd43 and it will recognize when you put dvds in, if its a blank dvd it will have to be a dvd rewritable drive
Reply:you need a dvd decoder
i suggest win dvd
i think thats the name
and check to make sure it acually reads dvds
Reply:You should make sure the video is MP4 or H2.64 video for iPod. I like Cucusoft DVD to iPod Video Suite to rip DVD movie and convert videos in any format to iPod. It is the fastest converter I have used. Also, the output quality is great. You can download this software free from here

Also, you can google some other software:

Some useful information you can get on the official site:

Reply:iPod can only support mpeg4 video. You will need to have a 3rd party tool to help you to convert dvds and video into mp4 or h264 format, add them into itunes library, then sync to ipod, take a look at this side by side comparison of top selling dvd to ipod converters(windows/mac) for help http://www.dvd-to-ipod-converter.com/dvd... to get the right converter for you.

6gb Sandisk mini SD=2gb?
Alright so heres the run down, ive got a Sandisk mini SD HD, high capacity that is, card thats 6 gigs big. Now its always worked fine, but when i plug it into my laptop that runs vista, its saying that the card is only 2 gigs big, and literally wont let me put more stuff on it. i checked the specs on it again by putting it in my samsung a737 phone as well and sure enough it says its also a 2 gig. i know for a fact its a 6 gig but its only showing 2, any idea what the hells going on?
6gb Sandisk mini SD=2gb?
Do you already have 4GB stored on the card? A stupid question i know, but it could happen. Otherwise i dont know what to tell you, it could be a 2GB.

Reply:There are some issues with Vista and it's driver incompatibility. It could be that the driver running that card reader is windows vista generic and does not support HD cards. You might try going to the card manufacturer's website and downloading their drivers if they are compatible with Windows Vista.
Reply:First - Ive never heard of a 6GB of any type of memory cards or flash. They usually come in powers of 2 like
2^10=1G
2^11=2G
2^12=4G
2^13=8G
So the space in the cards double.
If you think that there is 6G on the card, and there may, i havent seen the package, heres a way that might free the rest up.
1) plug in your PC
2) onpen my computer
3)right click and select Format
Formatting the Card will erase all data from the card, Save your files before you to this.

Is an external hardrive worth the money if not how do I increase my memory with a different hardware?
If your hard drive is running out of space, and you need the space, then an external extra hard drive is worth the money.
Is an external hardrive worth the money if not how do I increase my memory with a different hardware?
are we talking about the space here? hard disks are usually for space, RAMs are for memories. if you are talking about obtaining more space then you need to add another hard drive. you can also buy an internal hard drive if you want. if you want to add more memory, then you have to buy another stick of RAM.
Is an external hardrive worth the money if not how do I increase my memory with a different hardware?
Yeah if your computer is running slow than you use ram like ddr ddr2 ddr3 wtvr, if you need more space to store stuff you need a hard drive and you can goto tigerdirect or other online places to buy these
