How do I put those files back in my Outlook?
Some tech guy took my Outlook files and backed them up on an external hard drive. Now I can't access them.
If you have access to the backups you need to restore them. If not you need to have the tech guy fix it.

First, what is the extension of file? Do a general search on your PC for that same file (I think it's .OST) and when you find it simply replace it with your back and it should work fine.
