Why won't Intel release the Tj max on its 45 Um chips? I really like to watch my chips for temp. problems...and having to guess makes it a real drag. The standard guess for the Tj max on these is 95C...but I have heard guesses from 82C-105C. Anybody got any insights?
Why, Oh Why...?
Just use a cooling unit then you'll have no problems. Otherwise you get freeze spray to locate problem IC's in a circuit board.
