Right, so buying a good and fast hard drive improves FPS in games? Now i have a 4-5 year old maxtor who makes worse sounds then an atari 2600.
HDD and FPS in games?
Not the hard drive. It's more to do with your graphics card and your RAM.

HDD not so much, FPS depends more on ram, video card, and what your monitor can handle. Not to say the HDD doesn't help but it normally wont be the factor that slows you down.
Reply:Well, it may improve somehow the game performance, but this can be unnoticable. The game performance has to do more with graphics card, RAM and processor. But I think buying a new hard drive wouldn't be a bad thing for your computer.
Reply:Your hard drive has absolutely NO effect on the fps of your games.
