Printer Help?

I have Hp Deskjet F380 All In One Printer and when i trying to print my ticket from American Airlines ............its printing only the color like blue red yellow ................but i cant see any text that black color in my paper ... its printing only the colors ....except black color...can anybody help me.......i need to fix it

Your black ink has probably run out or dried up. Try replacing the black ink cartridge.

replace your black cartridge it's empty
Reply:remove the black ink cartage shake it %26amp; replace it that sometimes will give U enough to finsih the print job, or just replace the black ink cartage. sometime the ink dries up use a lil warm water on a paper towel on the bottom of the ink cartage to loosen up the ink.
