Yes, a very stable machine. You need to customize it the right way, though.

This laptop is a great looking laptop, and the spec is pretty good for the price.


However I would look at the Dell Vostro 1510 in the small business section, these laptops aren't as good looking but you get a lot more spec for the price.


Depends on your budget and what your after.
Reply:this laptop is really good, i own one and i think its amazing, i got mine with 2.4ghz, 2gb ram, 320 GB hard drive and the nvidia 8600M GT graphics card, works fine though, i love all of the features, touch sensitive media keys, remote control, wireless, bluetooth, fingerprint reader, dvd drive(great for burning movies), 3 usb ports, wi-fi catcher, vga port(works brilliant on my 40 inch tv), hdmi port dell media direct, it cost alot but it was worth every penny, if anyone asked me about this i would defiantly recommend this laptop, the only concern's are the speakers aren't the best, the fingerprint reader takes a little getting used to and your fingerprint marks stay on the laptop but they should give you a cloth to clean the screen, i have a 6cell battery and it doesnt last very long so try and get the 9 cell battery if its within your budget, i had cd's with it such as Microsoft works 9, recovery disk, drivers and utilities disk and dell webcam manager for the built-in webcam + it even came in a handy carry case, i managed to get norton internet security and a mini travel bluetooth mouse for a little extra, check out some of the reviews on the web and even youtube has some videos about this laptop :)
