when i turn it on is making the usual sound at the beginning then the white screen is coming and thats it..i dont know why is not continuing 'the opening' and sometimes a folder with a question mark shows up on the white screen..! WHAT IS WRONG ? PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Reply:RIP =X. Take it in, you probably got a serious virus that messed with it or memory overload.
Reply:The folder with the question mark means that there is a problem with booting up the operating system. If you have dropped it, you may have damaged the hard drive (Where the OS is located) if your Hard Drive is damaged it will not read parts or maybe the whole hard drive it self. If you can, take it to the nearest apple store they may be able to help you. But, if you have a old laptop running os9 or lower, they may not help you out, for they do not manufacture the OS9 or lower OS's. Usualy companies will not support old products for they are to old and are no longer made, and cannot be fixed cause its not made anymore such as Windows 98.
Reply:sounds to me ur hard drive cord had came loose on the inside.....send it in if its still under warrenty......if not then jail break it and clean the connectors on the inside
