I recently purchased a 16gb usb form eBay. It works perfectly on my compute but when i went on school computer, it said the device has malfunctioned. The school computers have windows XP same as mine. The specs for the flash drive say that it supports all versions of windows, Mac. USB2.0 and USB1.0.
Whats the problem?

IT may be your school have disabled USB? Try another machine at school. If you get the same problem it may be USB has been disabled.
