i can't find any fn key related to bluetooth.

I think the reason you can't find an "fn" key related to Bluetooth feature of your computer is because you pc isn't equipped with bluetooth feature. To double check, call the pc manufacturer and provide them the model # and inquire if your particular pc has a built-in bluetooth feature. Or you can check the manufacturer's website and plug in your model # to check your pc actual configuration.
Reply:which model is it? not all model come with bluetooth as standard. it's sometimes and option. right click, then click properties on my computer, go to hard ware, then device manger, and see if you have bluetooth
