first one is Nvidia chipset and second is Intel Chipset.

i would go with asus p5k3 deluxe wi-fi .i would also consider asus striker extreme.and i would suggest you go for 2 8800gt's or 2 ultra's if you can.it helps

if you wanna go the SLI route...then go for the 790i chipset. It is by far the best available that supports nvidia's dual-gpu setup.
