in back of the d4160 deskjet..is there supposed to be 2 things plugged into it ..cuz i cant find a usb anywhereeee

Yes, I do believe that all printers have 2 cords that plug into it. I know my HP Printer has 2 cords. (USB and power cords)
But, maybe yours doesn't have a USB. You never know.
I would suggest to keep on looking for the USB plug in. If you don't find it, I would look in your manual to see if it says anything that could help you out.

Reply:USB connecter 1 end is rectangular shape. the other end is abit squarish, although is not exactly square.Maybe you confused.
Reply:Well if u can not find the usb cord then please buy one cause the printer will require 2 cables to be plugged on t cable which will be attached to u r printer and u CPU and the other would be a power cord which will be in the printer and the power socket
