What's The Best Laptop For Me?-10POINTS!?

I'm getting a laptop soon .. and i can't decide which brand to get. I'm into photoshop, movies, pictures, songs, A!M, anit-virus programs and more, so i want something with lots of room. I need to be able to use my own internet plug-- instead of having to switch over to another company just for my laptop bill. I want it to be fast and efficient , and definately sturdy, but not too heavey or wide. Any ideas ? I'm up for any company, just as long as it fits my description .

how about u look around online to see which ones u like, then put the links here, we'll check em out THEN tell you which ones would be best :)
Reply:Almost all laptops come equipped with both wired and wireless network ports nowadays, so if you know (or can learn) how to set up a LAN then you're set there.





There's really no "laptop for you" fitting that description. Almost all computers for sale today will do those office/light multimedia tasks. The standard reply would be "buy as much computer as you can afford". Get the list of laptops for sale wherever you're planning to buy and search for reviews on the brand/model.

also its a really sturdy laptop with all the eatures. u can watch movies, do ur photoshop ..and unlike pure entertainment laptops(inspiron or h multimedia or acer inspire) being a business laptop is damn fast and sturdy , go 2 4gb ram and a 250 gb hdd with a 2.0 ghz processor. dell wil also offer u gr8 servie(unlike others) and also give u additional options once u r into buyng that.

Reply:In all honesty, most laptop brands nowdays are too similar to tell apart. Your choice is between apple or pc. Apple is good if you are a moron and like to spend about 50% more money for the same thing. So obviously I am a PC fan.





Brand wise, Dell, HP, Gateway, Acer, Toshiba, and Sony are all good brands. Sony's are generally a little more expensive than the others tho. Personally, I am looking into getting a Dell, because their service plans are pretty good, and you can sometimes find good deals on them. A site for such deals is www.gotapex.com. They have deals on dells and HPs usually. Good luck! And if you need help deciding between 2 or 3 paste the link and I'll try to help.
