My computer wont boot main menu?
When you turn your computer on boot into Safe Mode (press F8). When you get onto your User download AVG and SpyBot - Search and Destroy (if you don;t already have them) and run full system scans with both.

If there's any virus affecting your computer they will find it.

It sounds to me that your PC is trying to boot from the network. Press F9 when your PC is starting up, that should load the boot menu, tell it to boot from your harddrive.
Reply:Yoru system is trying to boot from a network adaptor first and not the hard drive, this is a bios setting, when the system initially starts booting, press the appropriate key to access the bios, usually F2 or the DEL key and hold it so you get into the bios without booting to windows. Once you are in the bios, you should be able to locate a Boot Priority or Boot Order section, make sure your order is CD, Floppy(if one is installed), Hard Drive, then any other device available from list. This way should something ever go wrong it will always look to the optical drive for a bootable disc first, then goto the hard drive by default before looking to a network connection for booting and the system should run fine. Make sure you Exit and Save the changes, the system should now boot properly.
