I just purchased a refurbished computer and there is a hard drive c and a new volume F?

They are both listed under the hard drives and I am not computer savy, so I am not understanding what these mean.

Can you please give me a tutorial on this...and I can't seem to find the spot to connect the speakers. It is a DEL and I had an HP that died. The clor coded slots are not matching for the speakers in the back.

I have a MP3 player and when it's hooked up it shows up on mine as volume J.Could be previous owner also had a MP3 player hooked up and that's what it's showing.I wouldn't worry about it.As far as speakers go.Don't go by color but by output. It should have a port or slot, etc. marked line output and for a microphone line input.Did it come with a manual . If not go to Dell and check their database for online manuals.Your sound card is probably integrated on your mother board so their should be a slot etc for speakers.

Usually Pink color is for microphone, Green is for stereo speakers OUT (front) and Black is for Stereo speakers out (REAR)
