Ok my laptop battery seems acting up lately. Normally it lasts around 3 hours and lately it seems to be near its end after an hour and a half... And yes the battery is at full power before i use them and i do not use demanding applications (normally only youtube, and googling etc). I just got the laptop in January. Anyone know whats wrong?

try turning down the contrast/brightness of your screen to make the battery life last longer. also, when it is fully charged and plugged into an outlet, remove the battery from the laptop and let it run on A/C power. only put in the battery when you want to make the laptop mobile.

A laptop battery is usually good for around a year, if you use your battery alot it could be considerably less.
It may be time for a new battery.
