What version of IE comes installed on Gateway computers running Vista?

I had problems w/it and had to delete it--where can I download the one originally installed on my Gateway computer?

All Vista is IE7. How did you "delete" it?

you can right click on IE and it will show you what vers. you have.I would think you have the lastest non beta vers of IE.google IE and it will give you the microsoft link for all available IEs I would go with at least IE7.

I perfer Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com). It's alot better than IE7.





But how in the world did you delete it? I've always wanted to get rid of it!

Vista defaultly comes with IE7 and i think u hav deleted shortcut on the desktop.


To restore it go to control panel-display-personalise desktop-change the icons-select-internet explorer.
