Need Help with ATI Catalyst Control Center?

I have a Radeon x1300 video card, and ATI Catalyst Control Center. I have all the updated drivers and software. My question is this: I bought an HP x2007 20" monitor, and I have an LG 37" LCD tv. I would like to run the monitor and the tv at separate resolutions, both with the full display, not extended desktop or anything. I am running the monitor with DVI cable from the secondary of my card, and the TV from the primary of my card with VGA. How do I get separate resolutions on the tv and monitor?
